Injector Heads
The injector head, a critical component of the coiled tubing unit, moves tubing in and out of the well and maintains tension on the tubing reel. Stewart & Stevenson provides injectors with:
- 40,000 lbs pull
- 80,000 lbs pull
- 100,000 lbs pull
- 20,000 or 40,000 lbs snub available
- Goosenecks, 72”, 90”, 108”, 120” radius (hydraulic fold optional)
- VB-3 Chain and gripper block system
- Variable speed motors for slow speed control
- Hydraulic or electronic load cells
